Project Process

Discovery - We will come and diagnose your issue or any new functionality you would like to add, then we will recommend the best solution for your business.
Develop / Testing - Development usually is done at our offices, we are a hybrid Agile and Scrum shop, and make sure that we keep our clients as involved in the development process as possible. Once we reach a testing cycle we usually come on site to facilitate a quick turnaround on any issues.
Release - During a release we include 30 days of included support (any additional can be contractually negotiated). In the last 15 days of the release we will document and train staff that will be supporting the release.
